BAPI Performance

Hi

We are using BAPI for updating incoming invoice.

Suddenly the performance of the BAPI came down. The statistics shows that the response time was good in all aspects except ABAP Processing time. (SE30).

A third party software is triggering this BAPI to update the database.

The logs shows that while during the method createform only it takes long time.

Would like to know why there would be sudden degrade in performance for this particular activity.

Not sure if have posted this in right forum.

Hi Babu,

Check STAD and ST03N and do a detail analysis and statistical data will help you to find out the route cause of the problem.

Hi,

The performance data inclusive of dbreq time is normal in STAD and ST03N.

I could see the abap processing time is more iin SE30.

An external program is calling the BAPI and updating in SAP
