Sending mail for Network failure in XI

Can any one clarifies , how to send or inform the concerned person when net work failure error occured.

Hi Venu,

I assume the situation you are thinking of is when an XI message fails due to a communcation problem. In fact any failed XI message can generate an alert. By default, these alerts are raised in CCMS. But if you configure XIs Alert Framework, this can be configured to react differently depending on e.g. sender, receiver, interface type, etc. Possible reactions include sending e-mails, SMS, etc. It really is quite flexible.
