ITS cache refresh - old templates re-loaded

Hi,

We are running EP6.sp2 with ITS 620 for the past 3 months,

and now we find 2 Sap standard templates being loaded

back into the Template directory, overwriting the modified

templates.

We are certain that none of the team members copied

these old templates.

It seems as if there was a cache refresh done.

Any clues on how this could have happened ??

Are there any parameter settings on ITS ??

Hi Morgan,

someone published the templates from the SAP system or the publishing was done automatically after applying a support package. I would check the iacor.log file and the timestamps of the files.

Hi Klaus,

Thanks for responding to my message.

This happened over a weekend, and none of the Portal or

Basis team members made any changes or worked over the

weekend.

We copied the templates from the Q/A system over to

Production and restarted the ITS servers yesterday.

Still cannot understand how the templates were replaced

with the originals.
