result recording error

Hi experts,

During result recording, one pop up came."you cannot enter the units to be inspected, select overview"**.if i select this it goes into result recording screen.

how to solve this problem.

Please let me know

1) Whether your MIC is Summaraised or single recording

2) In result recording what is the setting you currently have ,RR>Settings> USer Settings> Default Values>

Dear Bhuvaneswaran

The pop up is coming of this

1) You have maintained in MIC for Summarised recording in the inspection plan. if you have maintained single recording this pop up will not come.

2) in Result recording > menu button Setting> User Setting > Default Values > You have maintained > Recording by units to be inspected.

Please maintain Single Values and summarised results (default).

If you maintain this pop up will not appear.
