Confirmations in scheduling agreement

Dear All,

In a PO, I can 'manually' enter confirmations using confirmation control key AB.Is it not possible to do so in scheduling agreements?

Hi

In ME31L screen enter the details.

Then select the line item click on the item details in the tool bar.

There u will find the confirmations.

Check it out.

I have already put a confimation control key in this field.Now I want to manually put confirmation control 'AB' by selecting the line, go to Item>Confirmations. Here I cannot edit and add my confirmation manually. Where can I put it?

Yes. Select the line item in ME31L and click additional data ( lens) and go to otger data here you acn find Confirmation control field and enter and save.

Hi,

It is possible to enter confirmations in ME31L while creating SA, after that it is not possible to change in ME32L.

Hi

It is possible to do the confirmations for Schedulling Agreement.

SPRO > MM > Sche.Agreement > Screen Layout >: Active the Confirmation Control

Maintain the Confirmation control key at item Level of the Sch. agreement

Maintain the delivery schedule

Check the process

I do not think so. It is only after you have created a scheduling agreement that the vendor can send an acknowledgement. So, it should be possible for maintaining acknowledgements by ME32L.

It is possible to maintain the Confirmation control at ME31L. i have tested the same.

The confirmation control key is already maintained. The delivery schedule is also maintained, but the system does not allow me to enter order acknowledgement(AB) now.

Still no luck!!

The steps I am trying to do:

1. Create Scheduling Agreement(with a confirmation control key-consists of order acknowledgement and inbound delivery)

2. Maintain Delivery schedule

3. Maintain confirmation AB(This is whre I am stuck).

I hope I am not missing anything.
