EPC number not accepted

Hi All

I am trying to simulate Slap & ship outbound sceanrio 2.1

i have done all the required configuration.

but when i supply PML to sap/scm/ain through AIN destination,it donot accept the EPC number provided in PML.

When i got through log it has following entries.

>>EPC 1 in the message is:

>>No document is used, Action type APL2 'Free Pack' is used

>>Header value 00000000 is not possible to convert to available EPC types

>>Company prefix index 0 does not exist for this GTIN 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

Can any one suggest what could be the problem?

Hi Mitesh,

As far as my knowledge goes, after sending the message you should get two action types in response/ logs. First you'll get a PACK and then the LOAD. If either of them is missing then there is something wrong with the scenario which you are implementing. There maybe one more possibility that the format conversion is not taking place properly which can be caused by providing wrong EPC number. Please check the EPC Number format that you are using. You can also check the status in SAP AII's Auto-ID Cockpit.
