Document Journal S_ALR_87012287

Hi,

I have run report RFSUMB00 (Year end postings) of an earlier year for an Italian company.

I have made postings in period 15/2007 and period 01/2008.

Now I need to prepare the Document Journal (S_ALR_87012287).

How can I print the Document Journal only for the year end closure postings?

Hello,

In S_ALR_87012287 selection parameters give the document number or the periods.

Click on Line Item pages only radio button. This will give the line item details.

Execute.

You can press Ctrl+P (Printing Short Cut)

Give your local printer name.

print.

Alternatively,

Go to FB12

Give the company code.

Give the correspondence type (preferably SAP09)

Give the document number

and Year.

Then go to F.61

Give correspondence type

Company code.

Execute

In case if it is asking, give the device name (your local printer). It triggers a spool request.

Now go to SP02. You can see your own spool requests.

Double click on page icon.

Click on print button.

Hi Linda,

If you update the field CPU Date special documents(Special handling: Closing Postings: Prior Year) with the range of dates for year end closing activities, i hope you could get the required Document Journal.

Thank you for your reply.

We have not used a special document type for the closing postings. We are using document type SA.

CPU date special documents: Current Date of Application Server.

Do I need to change it into 31.12.2007?

I also want to print the year end closing documents of 01/01/2008.

Hi Linda,

I hope your Fiscal year is from January to December

I suspect that you cant get the Document Journal report for two fiscal years simultaneously.

If you want to get the report of year end closing documents as on 01/01/2008, give the Fiscal year as 2008 and posting date as 01/01/2008.

If you want to get the report of year end closing documents as on 31.12.2008, give Fiscal year as 2007 and posting date as 31.12.2007.
