Webserivce possible only if JAVA stack is available

Hi,

Cant we create a web service which runs in ABAP Stack?...is it really mandatory to have JAVA stack to test Webservice ?

If its possible to run Webservice using ABAP stack, then how can i do it ? i couldnt find in help.sap.com any relevant materials which sticks to this?

You have a serious search problem. There's tons of relevant materials here in the forums, in Blogs, in Wikis, and in SAP help. Additionally lots of material is illegally mirrored to 3rd party sites.
