Hi ALL,
Will Anybody be able to help me with the following issue.
We have implemented Both Projects and Production modules.
NOw when I want to analyse the PLAN/ACTual COST/REVENUE Report -
S_ALR_87013531
The PRoduction Orders Planned Cost Is simply displayed in the
hierarchy under the respective WBS ,But What I require is that this
production Order Plan Cost should also affect the Total Plan Value Of
the WBS,In other words I need it to total UP.
If YOu Can Help. Thanks for The Same
Mercy
Hi ,
Standard functionality of PS module doesnt considers Production order planned cost for Project cost plan as Production order is assigned order for the WBS.
u can add this planned cost thru CJ40 to the WBS.

Hello Mercy,
Two settings required
1) OPSV as another user has already pointed out and here you could mention the order category (10 for production order, 20 for network) and the order type (production order type or network order type) and you could turn the "addit" indicator "ON"
2) Run the transaction CJEN for reconstructing the Project info Database.
You must be able to see the additive values on the WBS element level
Thanks,
Nithin

Hi Mercy,
Goto T.Code OPSV. Against the Order category "10" (Production order), tick the indicator "Additional". This will add the order costs to the resp WBS.

Sorry for repeating my previous point. Did you create a new project also?
I want to know one more thing. In the plan/actual report, I think you are able to see the Production order under the WBS element, right? Does this planned cost include all the Prod costs, raw material costs and overheads?
