Problem in SAP-Esouring 5.0 installation on IBM Webspehere 6.0

Hi guys,

I have installed E-Sourcing 5.0 on IBM websphere server. The installation is right and working. But the problem is that I am always getting the "New User registration" page

I am providing the following link "http://localhost:portname/fsbuyer/portal/login".I want to get the login screen so that I can login with System user and initialise the enterprise context.

Please tell me what setting I have to do.

And another thing is I want to acces this application through my network. So what setting I have to do in my websphere app server.

Hi Himanshu

Try doing the following and let me know if it worked.

Please reconfigure (not re-install) by using a "Application Context" say /fci, so your portal URL will be

as follows: "http://host:port/fci/fsbuyer/portal/login"

Was your EAR file deployment successfully completed?

Uninstall and Re-install on the same system should not impact or error is the re-installation has no issues with deployement and configuration.

However, E-Sourcing 5.0 is having some glitch. We switched to E-Sourcing 5.1 as our project is still in

infancy.
