Logistic Distribution Centre:View and Logistic: Store View in Article Maste

Hi Experts,

Required your input on this.

I am maintaing Logistics Distribution Centre:view and Logistics Store: View in article Master.

When i am maintaing RP Type as (VB, VM or ND) and Availability Check Tab as KP or 01 the system is throwing an error and not allowing to save the material.

The Error is :

The Field RP type is defined as a required field; It does not contain an entry

Message No: MG144

Procedure

Transfer a suitable value.

If the Field is the Material Group or unit of weight, and the field is not ready for input, Check whether the material is locked, If it is locked, you cannot extend the Purchasing View or Sales View. If either of these views needs to be extended, the material must be unlocked. This can be done only by a user with a specific authorization.

Hi Javed ,

Had you added any additional views for MM41 ? If so go to spro>img>Logistics-General>Material Master > Field Selection >Assign Fields to Field selection group and assign your custom fields to field selection groups , make sure that you are adding in the Customer field group range itself.

111-120 Reserved for customers (except where the values are already in use)

211-240 Reserved for customers
