Hi All,
My XI server is not working properly and from my desktop, the xi homepage is not coming ! On the server side , in SAP MMC, Process list - showing yellow, and the status of the Dispatcher is - " Running but Diologue queue info unavailable ,J2EE : some processes are running " !! Could anyone please give any solution to this problem ?
Hi,
Start the Visual Administrator and select Server -> Services -> Deploy in the tree on the left.
On the right-hand side, select the Runtime tab page. If you select the APPLICATION
radio button, you see a tree in the right window with all applications. Check if they
are running, otherwise choose Start. Usually the J2EE Engine starts all services
automatically.

Regards,

Hi Sambaran,
Restrart the XI Server OS with the help of Basis Team after restarting kindly check all your Services running correctly in Visual Admin. And also check all the parameters in the services if any parameter changes also will create like these problems, hence please correct those too then your problem will be solved.
Regards
Venkat Rao .G
