Hi,

Start the Visual Administrator and select Server -> Services -> Deploy in the tree on the left.

On the right-hand side, select the Runtime tab page. If you select the APPLICATION

radio button, you see a tree in the right window with all applications. Check if they

are running, otherwise choose Start. Usually the J2EE Engine starts all services

automatically.

Sreenivas

Hi,

In SMICM, choose (for PI 7)

AS Java -> Instance (Local) -> Send Hard Shutdown -> With Restart

or on older versions

Administration --> J2EE-Server --> Send Hard Shutdown -> With Restart

Kind regards,

Koen

Hi Sambaran,

Kindly Check all your services are running correctly or not in Visual Admin through your basis team.

If any of the services are not running also like this problems will appear.

Hi Sambaran,

Restrart the XI Server OS with the help of Basis Team after restarting kindly check all your Services running correctly in Visual Admin. And also check all the parameters in the services if any parameter changes also will create like these problems, hence please correct those too then your problem will be solved.

hi,

try to refresh the java cache.from os

go to command prompt

saposcol -k

then restart the server in MMC.

also check the SAPJSF user is locked?.

if it is not locked check the roles of SAPJSF,J2EE_ADMIN,J2EE_GUEST
