CCM Catolog Publishing error

Dear Experts,

We are on CCM release 200_700.

During catalog publishing we are getting the following errors

05.04.2009 20:56:03 (ISRAEL): catalog locked; number of lock attempts remaining: 59

The attempt to lock the catalog timed out

Catalog update was terminated

Exception /CCM/CX_PUBLICATION_FAILED occurred (program: /CCM/CL_PE_REQUEST_SERVICE====CP, include: /CCM/CL_PE_REQUEST_SERVICE====CM00F, line: 141).

Does anyone can help us

The catalog is locked in table /CCM/D_CTLG_REQ or /CCM/D_PUB_ST or both. Please send details of the status of this catalog in both these tables.

Once the catalog is unlocked from here it is possible to republish.

Please also send details of the results of this catalog status if checked in report /CCM/CHECK_TREX.

Hello Moshe,

I would say, open a new OSS message for this, we should log on to your system to check.

I think a publication is running in the background already.
