TREX: Index does not exist

After an upgrade and migration of TREX, I can't index content anymore.

I create an index via KM, assign a datasource and save, but no crawler is started nor any document enters the queue.

In the TrexQueueServer trace file I see:

[00022] 2006-04-03 11:30:18.102 e CLIENT_TRACE TRexApiAdmin.cpp(04284) : TNS: getServer failed for index 'ind01', function: 'getAttributeList'
[00022] 2006-04-03 11:30:18.103 e CLIENT_TRACE TRexApiAdmin.cpp(04364) : Index does not exist;index=ind01 : return code: 2007

So it seems that for some reason the index just created can't be found.

What could I check?
