With 'Fields to be Changed', for the characteristics in the aggregation level you can specify the characteristic values that are changed when the planning function processes a data record. Block characteristics (Or fields used in condition) remain constant.

For eg, when you create a planning function of type Repost for the case described above, you first check which characteristic values should be changed and set the to be changed indicator accordingly. Since you want to repost the data from version u201CV1u201C to version u201CV2u201C, you set the indicator for the Version characteristic as To Be Changed (which in this case means to be reposted). And, you can select Fiscal Year in 'Used in Conditions' uf you want to execute this function for year 2009.

Fields for Condition: For which data you need to run the logic defined by the function Suppose you want to copy data from 2008 to 2009 for the country KR, you give country in the fields for condition and restrict to KR in the parameter group. This is mainly used if the level contains more data but the function inside the level has to be run only for some particular data. Fields to be changed: What field you exactly want to change. In the above example, as you want to copy from 2008 to 2009, year should be the field to be changed. and in the parameter group, you give the from value and to value. Refer to TBW45 for more details.
