Sales Characteristics

Dear All,

While creating a quotation,we fill the sales charateristics which copy into sales order.But now its not copying into the sales order and the screen with Sales Characteristics in Sales Order is displaying in Grey mode.

In Copy Control,the Item Category of Quotation to the Item Category of Sales Order maintained in Configuration as 'A'.In the Item Category of Quotation & Sales Order ,Configuration Strategy is maintained as "01".But still the same error occurs.

Kindly suggest why Sales Characteristics is not copying into the Sales Order.

From your comments, it seems earlier, it was copying but after sometime, it was not copying which means, some changes were made in copy control VTAA. Check what routines you have maintained there and ensure that no routines is changed in the meanwhile.

Dear Balaji,

Actually we have started new scenario in Trade in which this problem is coming otherwise in Export & OEM scenario,they are working perfectly fine.

So this is the new Test Case developed for Trade but only this problem is coming.In copy Control,I have Cross-checked all the customizing with Export & OEM but not able to judge the same.

I thought ,it must be due to some programming in VA01 Program done by ABAPers in which they have maintained Document Types of Quotation & Sales Order,but this is tested and no reason behind this one.

Is there any customizning part from our side which is missing ?
