Message is successful from XI but not updated into SQL

Hi Experts,

I am using IDOC to JDBC scenario.

Messages are successfull from XI at all the stages but it is not updated into the table.

I am facing this problem only for very few messages.

Can any body tell me why only some of the values are not updated into table.

hi,

hope u r cheking rite DB table ...

please check what action u r using while defining message mapping..

is it insert/update or update..

if u r using only update statement than check that the entries wrt ot that key field must be there in the DB. if no entries are there than in that case message is succesfull in RWB but it wont able to udate entries in DB..

Hi,

In RWB chk Message Mapping.... Are the messages in the HOLDING state. If holding chk whether you have selected the maintain at runtime checkbox in interface determination.

Remove the tick and see...

It can be problem with the field lengths in the database table.

check in communication channel monitoring ?

what does it say.

Go to RWB -> Message Monitoring -> Via Adapter Engine and look into the message log.

See what is the issue there !!!

this is not possible...have u chked the receiver communication channel and message monitoring..

hey ...and if everthing is OK ....are u chking the wrong dbase/table
