Honesty: this is about the secureness of your important busines data.
Don't ask for step-by-step screenshot guides for that.
Read and understand how this works with MaxDB and setup your backup/recovery scenario.
Try it out. Test it out.
When you're sure it works, let someone mess up your test database and fix that with your backups.
If this works - go and implement it to your production system.
Sorry, but this is really nothing you want to leave untested.
