Hi All,
In the approval table , click the magnifying galss icon and the shopping cart is displayed.
In lower part of screen there is Additional Specifications tab under which we have Notes For Approval field.
We are facing two issues...
1)When Add Note button is clicked and text area is displayed it contains a default text
username date :
, if we add some text to this default or even if we delete this default text and enter new text and select approve or reject radio butons and press Save button , when the requestor goes for check status of this shopping cart only the default text is displayed in notes for approval.
2)How to make the Add Note field mandatory?
I have searched the forum throughly and could not find exact solutions to above issues.
Please guide me on this.
