inbound IDOC failed in INTERCOMPANY BILLING

Hi

We have created a intercompany billing process and set all the requirements in FI and MM side along with WEL1 ( with 16 digit Logical Address).

The problem is we have the outbound IDOC (INVOIC) getting to the port ..but the inbound IDOC for the Vendor VI is not comming in..

The sending and the receiving system (Client Testing) are the same..and the Port names and Logical addresses are maintained correctly...

What could be the reason.." inbound profile not found"..error No. 56..

Need your suggestions

Dear Friend.

The problem is with Partner Functions in WE20. I think problem could be with the Inbound message types.Please check the message types maintained for the Inbound process and if not please maintain so that it can process successfully.Hope it solves your problem.

Yes..we have both the Partner profiles set for Inbound and outbound KU and LI..

and we are using Process code SD09 (ECC 5.0) with inbound for LI as INVF..

My outbound is going to the port but the inbound is not receiving..I have gone throught he FI steps for EDI and the MM Inv.Ver too..the following is the error..

An inbound partner profile could not be found with the following key:

/LOG_SYSTEM/LS//INVOIC/FI///

This involves the key fields of table EDP21:

-SNDPRN partner number of sender

-SNDPRT partner type of sender

-SNDPFC partner function of sender

-MESTYP logical message type

-MESCOD logical message code

-MESFCT logical message function

-TEST test flag

I have maintained the 14 digit Logical address :

C.Code- 976 , Vendor -918, Customer - 630000020,

Maintained - 09760630000020 & 09180000000918

When I checked the table EDP21 - it has SNDPRN- 0000000918, SNDPRT- LI, SNDPFC- LF, MESTYP - INVOIC, MESCOD-FI

I need some help on this.

I think Partner Profile is missing in your case. Check in WE20.
