MAXDB service not starting after Restart

I I have a problem with MAXDB service.

MAXDB service is not starting after server restart.

Please help.

HI there,

please check the knldiag/knlmsg file for more information about the error condition.

Easiest way to do this is by using DBMGUI or DB Studio.

Without more information about the problem, nobody can help you with that.

rename the files Sorted the issue

like this:

-> <drive>:\sapdb\data\wrk\<SID>.dbm.shm ->

<drive>:\sapdb\data\wrk\<SID>.dbm.shm.old

-> <drive>:\sapdb\data\wrk\<SID>.dbm.shi ->

<drive>:\sapdb\data\wrk\<SID>.dbm.shi.old
