canceling the reversed post good issue document

Can I able to cancel the post good issue document in this current month i.e April 2009 which has been reversed in March 31, 2009

From your above comments, I presume that you have already reversed the PGId document via VL09 in which case, it is not possible to cancel once again irrespective of period.

Thanks for the reply

PGI was on 31march 2009 and actuall goods movement was not

happened..thn the PGI has been reversed on 1st April 2009

with the default date in VL09.Now how can we move the stock to march month inventory.Is there any other solution than back date stock posting?

Hi

If I am correct, you wish to increase your stock for the 31March2009. To do this you may check with your MM consultant and then use MI10 to rectify the stock countingnad again do the same for April 2009 to reduce the stock.

Discuss with your MM and FI people before doing the same.

Rajiv,

Try Tcode VL09 - Reverse Goods movement. Enter your delivery number, Enter Shipping point, and choose outbound delivery indicator and click execute.

Maintain the date in the screen when you are reversing/cancelling. in the field displayed below menubar
