Hi All,

how to use barcode scanners to get the data into SAP screens.

when ever we make a receipt, i want to capture all the information like material, qty, Batch no etc...by scanning the Barcode into SAP screen, so that manual activity of entering these details can be minimised.

whether it requires any activity to be done in SAP or it is just a normal activty of scanning the barcode through Gun?

here i dont want to use any console transactions.

could anyone through some light?

Hello!

Basically you need to create an idoc on the scanner and post it back to SAP.
