BO XI 3.0 Edge Installation Error
I tried to install BO XI 3.0 Edge Series on a Windows XP SP2 computer. Following are the ports I specified during installation:
SIA : 7810
Tomcat: Connection (8090), Shutdown (8005), Redirect (8443)
Installation process went fine without problems.
After that when I opened Central Configuration Manager (CCM), I see Apache Tomcat 'running', but SIA 'stopped'. So I start SIA through CCM and it starts 'running'.
When I try to open Designer/Desktop Intelligence, etc, using 'system' as servername:7700, userid as 'Administrator' and password blank (or using the actual user id and password I specified for CMS during installation), I get the error: "The system servername can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at port 7700".
Could someone help me diagnose and solve the problem?
