Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred

Hi All,

I am on SRM 5 with CCM 2. I am trying to order an item from a catalog but when I try to pass it back to SRM, it's giving the error message "Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred." I have checked the OCI that is passing back from CCM and it looks to be right - all the fields are present and maintained. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I might be getting this error?

It is usually related to the unit of measure that you are trying to bring back. If the unit of measure does not exist in your system, the catalog items cannot be brought back over. SLG1 will let you know which UOM could not be passed back.

Thanks so much to all of your suggestions!! I activated the SLG1 log and found which OCI field was giving me grief. Really appreciate all your help!!

Hi Paula,

To have the trace in SLG1 as Pierre suggested, activate the log on the catalog link definition.

Hello,

Check logs in SLG1, you maybe see there some more details and wich oci field is missing or faulty.
