Hi,
Shop on Behalf dunctionality is working in GUI( i.e BBPSC01 transaction)..But in Web the shop on behalf field is missing....
is there is any OSS note...r any other way???
thx.......
Hi,
You need to set the REQUSITIONER/REQUESTER attribute for the user in PPOMA_BBP .If you try to search values for this attribute,it will always issue the message "NO VALUES FOUND".You manually need to enter the correct values for this attribute and the correc prefix as explained below.
If you what a user to be abe to shop/order for any one in an Org unit, you set the REQUESTER attribute to org ID with prefix ' O' e.g. O 50000612.
If you only want the user to be able ot shop/order on behalf of an individual then you set the REQUESTER attribute to US<userid> ex. USEMPLOYEE1.
After doing the above settings, you should be able to see the field.

Hi,
As Deepti mentioned,There is no specific authorization nor role for this, just a transaction and an attribute. Maintain the attribute requester and populate it with user name (starting with "US") or node from the eg: org. structure (O 50000061).
The "shop for" field is available in the the transaction BBPSC01 (Shopping Cart - Full Functionality).
Also the method get_bobuser of BADI BBP_F4_READ_ON_ENTRY, allows you to refine the possible users for SOB.

hi,
Adding to the above, the attribute REQUESTOR needs to be set in Org Structure (PPOMA_BBP) under the Attributes of the person- "Who should purchase on behalf of somebody"
E.g. if a Secretary (username - SECR) wants to create SC on behalf of Org. unit - 50000036 Or
on behalf of a Manager (username- MANGR), then:
Select the user - SECR in organization structure. Click on attributes tab, click 'Attributes overview' and select attribute REQUESTOR.
Then enter value 50000036 Or MANGR in that attribute and Save.
Thanks
