Solar02 - Document is blocked

Hello

I am working at the modification of a document in Solar02 transaction, tab Test Cases, using Test Documents (word document). When I try to access the document I got a message that the document is blocked by some other uer. However the person is not longer using that document right now. It seems that he lost the connection while he was modifying the document, and then the document is not longer available for someone else to modify.

How can I restore the blocked flag?? Is it using SI80 transaction??

The problem was that the documented was actually checked out, not blocked.

The session may not closed for that user.

1. Go to SM04, check if there is a session for that user.

2. If exists, then select it and on top of the list choose "sessions" button .

3. Select the session and choose "End Session".
