adding comment field in the work item

I would like to add a comment when rejecting a work item for travel expense.

From what I read from OSS notes, it says "The generic decision has been extended to allow comments" to be able to add a reason when rejecting an item.

When I look at the work item in UWL, I do not see any way to add comments...Is there a way to add the comment field?

Hello Kim,

This behaviour is correct. The comment field is not included in the Attribute for business object BUS2089. The trip data are included as attachment in the workflow so inorder to see the whole trip including the comment, you need to access and see the attachment but for comment field to appear in the approving menu is not possible.
