Hi,
The problem corresponds to TREX. Have you replicated product catalog into TREX. Use SRMO transaction to setup SSR. Go to SM59, check if the RFC to TREX is working properly or not. If product catalog is successfull replicated to TREX, then check if indexes are being formed or not. Raise the TREX patch to latest one.
This should solve the problem.

Hi Ganesh,
as you have said the problem was with the TREX only.
we could reslove this issue by applying the TREX patches.
now we are getting the problem with the XCM Session Scope.
can you suggest me any inputs in this regard?
any inputs will be greately appreciated.
Thnaks in advance.

mdv.
Hi all,
I have the same problem, the JCO and IPC are configured correctly (the ping tests works) and I don't think you need more to test a base setting version, The product catalog exists (can select it in the menu) but upon choosing a webshop, any webshop I get the same application error screen.
Need urgent help,tnx in advance,
regards,
Allan

Hello RH,
I encountered the exact same error that you mentioned.
"An application error occurred
The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable. Please try again later"
Can you please help? What could be the issue? The catalog has been replicated without any errors.
Thank you,
-- Jamie.
