This means the stock is lying in WH managed storage location.

Please check if stock is showing in LS24.

Hi

Check the PI document (in MI03/MI06) whether you have put freeze book inventory? If you do not set this indicator- any goods movements will alter the book inventory. In your case I think that batch was consumed already and you are posting the differences in PI document, but batch is not there. Do recount for that batch again in MI11 and post the difference or delete the PID & create new one.

Thanks

While recounting MI11 it gives an error saying "Storage location entered is WM-relevant" . do not know how to proceed.

Hi,

I am definitely not a WM expert, but I am pretty sure if the storage location is WM controlled you will need to do a physical inventory with the WM transactions similar to the ones we know in MM-IM. Here are the ones that I found in version 4.7. Hope they help.

LI01N Create System Inventory Record

LI02N Change System Inventory Record

LI03N Display System Inventory Record

LI04 Print System Inventory Record

LI05 Inventory History for Storage Bin

LI06 Block stor.types for annual invent.

LI11N Enter Inventory Count

LI12N Change inventory count

LI13N Display Inventory Count

LI14 Start Inventory Recount

LI15 Evaluation of quant inventory

LI16 Cancel Physical Inventory Doc. Item

LI20 Clear Inventory Differences WM

LI21 Clear Inventory Differences in MM-IM

Good luck.

you do not have enough stock for your batch in this storage location.

Had you moved or issued this batch after you have done the physical count?

Was a long time between physical count and posting the differences?
