Hi experts,
I configured the standard SRM offline approval process with all batch-jobs (RSWUWFMLEC,RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL) like described in the online help.
We can send emails successfully to the email client, but unfortunately our system isn't able to receive any emails from the email client.
As mentioned above, all jobs are scheduled. Are there any basis settings or exchange server settings necessary to receive emails?
Has anybody experience with this topic?

Hi Thomas,
You customized the SRM to send the approval WI by mail. The emails are sent with the batch user e mail (mysystem@mydoman.com).
In order to receive the return of these mail on your SRM server, you must customize your SMTP passerel to root the mails sent to mysystem@mydoman.com to your SRM server.

But where is this configuration done. Is this part configured on the exchange server or within my SRM system.
Has it something to do with TA SO50?
