I configured the standard SRM offline approval process with all batch-jobs (RSWUWFMLEC,RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL) like described in the online help.
We can send emails successfully to the email client, but unfortunately our system isn't able to receive any emails from the email client.
As mentioned above, all jobs are scheduled. Are there any basis settings or exchange server settings necessary to receive emails?
Has anybody experience with this topic?
