hi all

i have a senario that if i go for va01 to create a sales order in the field sold to party if i press f4 all the customer will be displayed, i want to restrict the customer ie domestic and foreign customer and also if the user create the domestic foreign customer should not be displayed.

give the possible solutions for this

Dear Gopal,

For your scenario, you can use search help exit and assign it to standard search help for customer DEBI using SE11.

For Example how to create search help exit, you can use function module F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_ROLES as a reference

Hi Gopal,

When you press F4 you get a help search.

In that help search there is a Tab "Customers per account group".

In that, give the corresponding account group of the customers against the Account group field.

Hope you will be having separate account group for Domestic & Export customers.

No, I dont think that you can restrict search fields at that level.

However, you coud try to restrict creation by using a different division / customized doc. type ...
