How do we Transport Distribution Lists?

Hi,

We have created one Distribution List in our development system.

Now we want to tansport this Distribution system from our Development server to QA server and then to Prod server.

I have no idea how do we transport a Distribution list from Dev-QA-Prod.

Please suggest.

Hi Sameer,

I think you can not transport the Distribution Lists created in SBWP. Irrespective of client setting, you could create them in any client. So you have to manually create the distribution list in each environment/client.

I had to create them manually in each of the environment in one of my recent implementation.

Hi

you need to define the transport routes in STMS tcode. then you can distribute it as per your requirment.

Hi,

We have all the Transport Routes configured.

At the initial level when I create a Distribution list, it should ask for a Transport Request so that I can add and release the Transport Request.
