When we do trasfer datas from non-sap system to sap system..at that time, through interface, it is possible..

but no idea how...

Suppose You want to create inbound delivery against PO.

For this vendor has to send Advanced Shipping notification.

Vendor sends data ( vendor has Non-sap system) to SAP through interface in the form of IDOC in to sap.After received the IDOC data ,then batch jobs converts data into inbound delivery.
