Adapater Monitoring page is not displayed

Hi ,

My adapater Monitoring page is not getting displayed .

it was getting displayed previously but now it is not coming . any reasons for the same

Or how to check the adapter status if this page doesnt open

Component Monitoring-->Adapter Engine -->Adapater Monitoring

Hi,

You may try directly with

http://server:port/mdt/amtServlet

and paste in browser.

Hi,

Thats great that your problem is solved, not sure but its better you escallate this to basis or netweaver admin. Might be the usual link is a jsp page and this one is a servlet.

But you may use this link, and refresh it for updates.

Thks 4 giving the direct link . not sure why the adapater is not opening in the proper way . even if it is a jsp in turn it calls a servelt in the back end .

May be as i said i was not sure of the reasons, but i faced the same issues once and found the direct link and then added it to my browsers favourite and used it.

HI Amit,

It can be the case that when you are going through direct link

http://<host>:<port>/mdt/amtServlet you are using IP address of the server.

and while going from RWB it is using host name.If that is the case then check if you have a entry in your host file.

But in the link there is an issue. when i change my adapater status ie from active to inactive or vie versa . it doesnt get reflected . tried even closing the browser and refreshing . the chnaged status is not reflected

u need to refresh the cache everytime before you can see them reflected in this page

No Yomesh thats not the case since it was opening before and even when i try the direct link with host name it opens .

As for me i did not face any issues after that and i used that direct link for adapter monitoring.

It might be that the xi box is clogged up with too many processes running.
