Error while loading the XI index page

Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error while i am trying to load the SAP XI index page.

500 Internal Server Error

Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

The Server is working fine and also i had made entries in the host file but still the XI index page is not getting loaded. If you say then i can post the complete error description also. Kindly help me this regard and suggest some solution.

Hi,

try restarting XI server for a start - it looks like some applications did not load properly

Hi Arkesh,

Please read the following SAP Note if you have access to service marketplace:- 807000 and 804124

Also check in the following threads where the issue has been resolved. This generally occurs due to load problem or if you are on an SP less than 12 or even if there is an administration problem.
