Correction in Lot after UD made

Hi SAP Gurus,

Is there any way to correct the Qty. in Unrestricted stock, after the UD is made.

Scenerio is like this,

Qty. Received - 28Nos.

Qty.rejected - 18Nos.

Qty. moved to Unres. - 8 (Actually it should be 10Nos.)

Surya,

As per your question after UD still you have 2 qty in QI which you want to post in Unrestricted, right?

If this is the case then you have two option.

1 - Go to QA12: change UD, here still you have open qty in QI. So system will allow you to do stock posting from QI to unrestricetd and if you want to change your UD code then also system will allow you.

2 - QVM2 - Lot with outstanding qty. if you run this transaction then system will show you lot for which stock posting is still pending. So just select lot and run t-code. You can do remaining stock posting as per your req.

Hi Suriamoorthy,

Go to transaction QA12 and post the remaining 2nos to unrestricted stock.System should allow to post the quantity after doing UD also.

Go to transaction code QVM2 and post balance 2 nos in unrestricted stock

Hi .

Case 1

As per thread there must be still 2 nos still pending in quality inspection . Go to transaction code QVM2 here enter the balance 2 nos ( 28 - 26 )

Case 2

IF you have rejected extra pieces then again make goods receipt against that purchase order
