Hi,
You can define two different divisions and assign them to sale organisation in the path
ImgEnterprise strcture - definitionlogistics general -- define copy delete division
Then assign this to sales org in the path
Img-ESassignmentAssign division to sales org
Then
Define the plant in the path
Img-ES-Definition-Logisitis general-define, copy, delete Plant
Then assign this plant to company under the path
Img-Es-Assignment-logistics general-assign plant to company
Then define the shipping point under the path
IMG-ES-Definition-Logistics exection-shipping point
here yo can define the nmber of shipping points as per yor requirement and then assign them to
plant under the path
Img-ES-Assignment-Logistic Exection- Assign shipping point to plant

Hi
T code for creating new divisions is OVXB
T code for creating new shippin points is is OVXD
shipping points are assigned to plants in OVXC
shipping point determination in sales order happens thro OVL2 settings
For every thing to happen smooth is you should haveyour enterprise structure defined and assigned perfectly

Shipping Points are created in OVXD and assigned to plant in OVXC. So accordingly you have to make assignments of shipping point to plant. Besides this, in OVL2, for the combination of
=> Shipping condition from customer master
=> Loading group from material master and
=> Delivering Plant
you have to assign the shipping point
