How to Create Service Product in CS ?

Hi,

Can anyone give me path or Tcode to create service product for Cs module ?

For Creation of service Products in CS...

You will create a material/product using MM01 using item category Group DIEN and then you maintain that material in OISD

Path: Logistics --> Customer - Service --> Service Processing --> Environment --> Sales and Distribution --> Service Products or OISD

But Before performing this , Work centers has to be created, Task lists has to be prepared. Here we assign the Product to Work center, Task list, Task list group has to be created.

IA05 - Create General Maintenance Task lists

Hi Krishna,

You need to create Service product as a Service material in MM01

You can Create (IA05) and assign a Tasklist for the Service product in the following path

Logistics --> Service Management -->Service processing -->Environment --> Sales and distribution -->Service products

T code - OISD

Hi Krishna,

I dont think you need to create in a diferent manner..

You can follow the same path as MM01 but take the item cat. group as DIEN or LEIS...

Then this material can be used as a service product in CS module.
