Hi Prasad,

Please check the following.

1) Whether PPM (both PPDS & SNP PPMs) available for the item having process order sysfail.

2) Check the material master, receipe, bom, routing data of the product contains in the sysfail and make the suitable corrections if any.

3) Check whether resources are maintained properly for the items of the process order.

4) Check integration model is active for process(production) orders.

It seems definities there will be some missing master data.

Kindly let me know.

Hi Senthil,

As per your checklist, i have checked everything related to the PPM and recipe for that material_plant.

However, there seems to be no issue in the same.

Any further solution on the same .

Prasad.

Hi Prasad,

Please check on the following.

1) Check application log via cfg1 or /n/sap/apo/c3 t-code to get update on item code which has affected with this error.

2) Check the network connectivity relationship is maintained in R/3 in the receipe.

3) Check sap note 410653 for this issue

Please confirm.

Hello Senthil,

1) I have checked the Material Code using Cfg1.

2) There is no problem in the Network Connectivity in the recipe.

3) No relevance can be interpreted from the note with refernece to the existing recipe.

Any further suggestion ?

Regards,

Prasad.
