Packaging material.

Dear fnds,

For packaging material require Sales tab in Material master.....

But iam not selling the material...only for internal consumption and Inventory.

Hi

Even if it is a Packaging material which you do not sale ,still you need to fill up the Plant in which you maintain the stock of this packaging material in "Sales org 1 "Tab, you need to specify the Tax classification also.

In the Sales org 2, you need to specify the "Item category group", whether VERP or LEIH etc, therefore, you need this data to be filled up in Sales tab in Material master data.

Hi,

Yes we can maintain sales tabs. but not with the data specific to Sales Org. Sales Org 1 can have only fields related to UOM, material group etc as per your requirement.

Sales Org 2 can have gen item category group.

Plant data is almost we need all the fields.
