Quality check at Ware House

Dear Experts,

We have a scenario as follows:

Finish Goods has to move directly from Production to Warehouse and perform QC at Warehouse.

Let us know which Inspection type has to be activated.

First we will create Process Order-----Order Confirmation--Ware house Bin

---

Here Quality has to check-----Then Unrestricted.

We want quality inspection at Ware House not Final Inspection.

Hi,

Try using Inspection after goods reciept. For this you can default setting for inspection type in configuration

Menu path QCC0 --->Quality Inspection ---> Inspection Lot creation ---> Define default values for inspection type.

Inspection lot will be created at Good reciept..hope this wil solve your purpose.

Which transcation u are using after confirmation for to ransfer the material to -

If you want quality inspection after order confirmation then make use of inspection type 04 . Whenever u make stock posting the material will get posted to it's storage location bin if warehouse management is active.

Dear amol,

During LT10 - Transfer Order Confirmation stock should post to Quality Stock type,but now it is posting to UnR.Stock.

Please suggest what settings we need to carry out

you can create manual inspection lot and record the result and approve the result (usage decision)
