Configuring SOLMAN with 2 customer no.

Hi Experts

Could anybody please help me for my question that can we configure or probably integrate 2 customer no with one Solution Manager? Let me clear the question more that if suppose there are 2 companies X & Y , If X acquired Y then can we congiure Y on solution manager where X was already existing.

Please friends help me in this!!!!

As i remember during the congiguration of Solution manager there is a option for multiple customer number, i think that is available on SP14
