BC 420 (Data transfers ) material DX-WB Tcode

In this certification material (In the page no 3-24) they have given like this..

You can create a transfer project in the DX-WB , where we can create

change,display and delete the

1)Projects

2)subprojects

3)tasks.

And in the page 3-23 they have given like

Registration in the DX-WB

goto->registration->programs & Function modules ->create registration.

Now please tell me how to reach the above path , ie with what tcode.

Is DX-WB is a tcode? I checked it but not working.
