Hi
We are currently on SRM 5.0.
Once the manager rejects the Shopping Cart it goes back to the user and he needs to approve the changes to the shopping cart by pressing on Approve. However, the Approve button for the employees in the shopping cart is greyed out. Can someone kindly help me to solve the isue.

the user (requestor) should not approve, he should press the button "ACCEPT CHANGES"
