Thanx,
Harish.
Hi
you can create your own Char. Weight Description and Weight Factor in
SPRO>Quality Management> Quality planning> Basic Data> inspection characteristic>Define characteristic weighing
and in that you can give scores as suggested by Mr.Gajesh
Thanks

Dear harish
The characteristic weight are defined basicly to capture Quality score. The definition of characteristic weight becomes mandatory if the quality score is to be derived from MIC.
This isdefined in the default values of inspection type -
SPRO>QM> Quality Inspection> Inspection lot creation> maintain default values for inspection type> inspection type> Q score procedure > Weighed from quality score of characters
But normaly we maintain from Usage decision code. if you maintained so i think you need not worry much on the characteristic weighing. My suggestion will be maintain
Char. Weight Description Weight Factor
01 Critical characteristic 100
02 Major characteristic 30
03 Minor characteristic 10
Regards
gajesh
