Connecting 3rd party POS system with SAP Retail

Hi guys, is it ok to connect the above without using XI and POS Data Management please? We plan to use IDOC for communication between SAP and POS.

Hi,

You can establish communication link through IDoc without any issues. In fact, most of the Indian Retails are using this method only.
