Hi,
I create a responsibility rule and assign to a task.
When I don't assign any role or agent to the rule, in the workflow log it shows "All users can process this task" but I need to have the message "no agent found".
How to restrict it to only rule selection.
Thanks
Senthil
Make the Task as General Forwarding not Allowed
Goto T.code PFTC, give the Task Name.
Additional data > Agent Assignment > Maintain
Select General forwarding not allowed and assign this rule to the Task.

Hello,
Your task is set as a General Task, you can leave it as it is.
Just go to the rule (in PFAC) and check the box "Terminate if rule resolution has no result".

Hi,
Make that Task as a General Task.
Goto T.code PFTC, give the Task Name.
Additional data > Agent Assignment > Maintain
Then Select the General Task.
Then Save and test it.
