How to add contact person to supplier?

would you please help me on how to add contact person to supplier through web portal SRM?

Please let me know the path.

Hi Ranjan,

You can create the contact person in the log-in of admin user who has role

SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR

go to "manage business partner" --> choose "employee for business partner"

create contact person

the same will be updated in the vendor org structure.

Go to Transction BBPMAIINT

Employee for Business Partner --> Create

Set with "X" Employee Is Contact Person

Save with datas.
