CPC error in phase DB4CPC_TCPDBENTRY_OS4_IND

Hi

We are running an ebdic -> ascii cpc conversion. During the reload phase at the point DB4CPC_TCPDBENTRY_OS4_IND we get an error.

Currently table TCPDB has 1 record
